Choosing a yoga mat is an important first step if you’re looking to begin taking yoga classes. Or if you’re ready for new mat, but not sure what the differences among them are, then keep reading. Think of your yoga mat as a mental and physical ‘dumping’ ground for all things you want to let go, all the things that keep you from being a more peaceful, more lovable person.
