ElysiumYoga.com is owned and operated by Kristen Grace. Kristen has been practicing Yoga for over six years and like many others, her body and mind have responded in ways she didn't think were possible. This website has been created to share with you what she's learned so far. And it's unique in that the research and posted articles are on the subjects that she and her participants are truly curious about. Chances are, if you're new to Yoga, then you'll share some of the same questions!
Currently, Kristen teaches Yoga at a well respected fitness club in the greater Milwaukee area, The Princeton Club. She teaches and has a sincere passion for Beginner Yogi's. Her experience also lies in corporate Yoga and has even had the privilege of working with the coaching and training staff for The Milwaukee Bucks.
Kristen is studying to become a Registered Yoga Teacher earning certification through YogaFit, Inc., recognized by YogaAlliance, and she is also certified through Blue Powder Productions, Inc.
Her lifelong dream is to own her own business, a yoga studio called Elysium Yoga Studio. You can read more about that journey, here. But until then, ElysiumYoga.com is an outlet to share, inspire and contribute to Yoga enthusiasts around the world.
